I made it to the gym this morning. EOL Jay, it seems, has died a quiet death. I’m about as motivated to go to the gym as a $noun is to $verb to the $noun.
Just celebrating my small victory. Okay, the party is over - move along.

Jay & Silent Blog (”JSB” - because who doesn’t like a good acronym?) is the personal website of Jay Benfield. (And because I am Jay, I will hereinafter cease with the third-person silliness.) I am a thirty-two year-old Michigan-native living in northern Virginia with my wife and four kids. I work as a Network Architect with a large government agency and as the Principal of my company, Mediavangelist.
